Disk duplication is becoming increasingly important lately for storage of data, dissemination or promotion of data etc. Many types of disk duplications are available nowadays. Be it CD to CD duplication, or DVD to DVD duplication, the process has become very easy due to the introduction of new technologies. How does the duplication take place?
First of all, whenever duplication is done, it takes place in large volumes of 1000 to 10,000 CDs at a time. The data is transferred to a glass master and after that a metal stamp is created. This metal stamp is used on the new CD after a layer of aluminium is placed on it.
